Arbely Rubalcava has been teaching for over 16 years, and has over 1000 hours of yoga education. She learned yoga from the source, having made several trips to India to deepen her knowledge of the practice, and studied Ashtanga under Sharath R. Jois. She has taught yoga across five continents and led many teacher training courses. Yoga has always been a tool for her to feel grounded amidst whatever chaos is happening, and she believes the practice is meant to heal and can be made accessible to anyone. She looks forward to guiding you find a deeper connection within, so you can awaken to your true essence.

Kranti Londhe is a dedicated and passionate yoga teacher from India with over 24 years of experience in practice and teaching. Kranti’s mission is to inspire inner revolution and transformation in every individual she connects with through the ancient wisdom of yoga.

With expertise in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Tantra, Pranayama, Ayurveda, yoga philosophy, anatomy, and active meditations, she has taught across the globe and facilitated numerous transformative yoga teacher training courses.
